Unlike standard bagels, ours are crafted with freshly milled, locally sourced Sonoran heritage grains and naturally fermented using a signature cultured sourdough leaven. We never add sugar or oils, resulting in a naturally dense, incredibly chewy bagel with a rich flavor profile.

Barrio is open from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Sicilian-style pizza by the slice is available daily starting at 10:00 AM until closing at 3:00 PM.

Heritage grains are ancient, unhybridized varieties of wheat, like Sonoran wheat and Einkorn, grown by local Arizona farmers. We use them because they support sustainable local agriculture and give our dough an unmatched depth of flavor and texture.
